Kuala Lumpur Trip -part 1-

A few months ago, I found my new hobby *since i thought i'm the one in this world who don't have any specific hobbies* -- and it's travelling! err.. i prefer call it backpacking, but it not truly backpacking :D whatever it is..

So here, in this blog, maybe u'll find some reviews about our trip *i'm not going by myself* ; some places that should be visited ; more about the foods we eat. Hope that the information can help those who wants to go to that place.

Actually it's not my first time doing travelling, but I didn't really remember all of my trip before, since at that time i'm still a kid who follow my family wherever they go :p

Okay, we get started with Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Only 3 days in here, before going to Vietnam. So what did happen in 3 days?

--Day 1--

As we know, Kuala Lumpur is famous for its Petronas Tower. With 88 floor count, currently it's still the highest twin building ever made in the history. Am i impress? Sadly no... lol

Anyway, things to do when you arrive at Kuala Lumpur is to find the Skybus from Air Asia - or other city bus that travel to KL Sentral. Usually cost around RM 7-8 for one person. But becareful for ur belonging if u carry a lot of stuff. They don't tag any number on your luggage, so it might missing if you're not careful.

Well, now you're in KL Sentral, and u need to take the monorail to go to citycenter. Just go straight till the end. There you will find the main street, and turn right at the traffic light. Look to your right, there should be the sign that saying u're heading to the monorail station. Keep heading straight, and look to ur left - around 250m from the traffic light, u should find the station now. Pay what u need to pay for the ticket, and wait for the train to take u to ur destination. Well, we were lost for a bit in KL Sentral, because there's no sign at all to tell you which way is the train station :p (at that time, they're doing some renovation in front Kl Sentral, so we need to walk quite far; dunno if the direction changed after renovation)

Note: The information is only if u arrive in LCCT not KLIA.

Okay, there you go for the way to Citycenter. We stopped at Bukit Bintang Station. Anyway, we still a bit lost once we arrive at Bukit Bintang..lol..
I remember it was around 2-3pm, it was HOOOTTT, and still couldn't find the hotel. Lucky the people in Malaysia speak good English. So we manage to find the hotel, which is actually 50 - 80 meter from the station --" The hotel's room looks nice, bathroom is clean, and the most important thing is it's strategic location.

Not long after we arrive at our hotel, it's dinner time! So after googling ang reading some post from other blogs, we decided to go to Jalan Alor. There's a bunch of chinese food till the end of the street. Too many restaurant, it's all look the same. We ends up in a chinese restaurant that quite crowded - so it must be good we thought. We order 4 dishes, pork BBQ noodles, fried kweyteow, stingray and bbq chicken wing. I'm quite impress with the pork BBQ noodles, taste good, and same thing with the fried kweyteow. But not for the stingray and bbq chicken wing (forget to take picture of the chicken wings, since it's not interesting at all --") We spent 40RM for all the foods.

 BBQ Pork Noodle

 Fried Kweyteow

... to be continued
